RIAI 2025 Sub-Contract
The RIAI has published its new RIAI Construction Contract 2025. On the back of that development a new form of subcontract has been released to accompany the changes to the Main form of Contract.
With the change in the contracts, comes an opportunity for some to review their knowledge of the contract and for others an opportunity to take a fresh look and understanding of the Sub-Contract that has wide use in the marketplace.
This training programme provides a clause by clause review of the subcontract to identify the risks, obligations and entitlements that flow from use of the standard form document.

As this training programme is vocational training, the course is VAT exempt.
